there is a very nasty co worker over a few of us here at work. we have policys on bulling as it is a government job but it means nothing as none is ever sacked EVER! she causes alot of unrest, carries untrue stories to our boss which our boss believes as shes 'the eyes and ears' none can confront this person as she has ways of getting you back if shes questioned and none has the confidence to speak up. she is middle aged and lives with her mammy and thrives on what she does so has nothing in her life only play games. why do work places never have proper accessable measures for dealing with bullys and people totally unsuitable for positions in athority even in government work places its so backward in a day and age of unions which have been useless also!
Keep a written record of everything she does and after each week anonymously mail them to her saying that if her maltreatment of everyone continues then the list will be forwarded to the boss. After 3 weeks, if she hasn't changed mail the list anonymously to her boss. Keep sending a new list to your boss and her weekly after that until she stops ... the truth will also stop someone from taking advantage using lies

Either there are two of her, or you work where I do! There is nothing you can do, she's too sneaky! Hopefully karma will kick her ass, sooner rather than later...Maybe she's just a very unhappy person and we should all feel sorry for her. Don't give her the power by letting her upset you anyway, she's absolutely not worth it. At least you have your coworkers who feel the same.

SHE WILL GET HER COME UPONS.BUT DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB OVER IT. JOBS ARE NOT EASY TO COME BY. ASK HER IN AN NICE WAY WHAT HER PROBLEM IS.

what a horrible creature! put in a joint letter to get her trained in these behavioural matters in order to improve her attitude or get out!!! this is totally unfair but you dont have to stand for it.-but say you are willing as a group to give her the chance to improve professionally, that youre not trying to get her fired. staying mature and honest in these situations is best. if ur boss cant see the logic, go above ur boss and if you cant, i guess start looking for another job...
What you have to say is important. Write it here. Thanks.
