I sleep way too much. My job is stressful and i do long hours. On my days off I stay in bed all day.I am always late, because it is so difficult for me to get out of bed and in truth i dont want to most of the time unless it is really nessesary. This is affecting my relationship with my fiancee and friends etc. I have been like this for a long time and dont know how to end the cycle.
You're depressed. Supliments etc. will not help when you are how you describe. Lack of motivation, excuses and disinterest in you job are key indicators.

Do go to your GP and get tests done on your B12, folate, etc. levels as mentioned. Whatever you do, DO NOT start randomly taking supplements, and DO NOT ask a health shop professional for advice, not yet any way. This could be something random herbs can't fix. The main health care professionals you seem to need are a GP and perhaps a dietitian.

WHAT is 15.13 talking about with "food in this country is rubbish"? It's the same, if not better, than anywhere else. Ireland has one of the best quality beef and dairy industries in the world. To the person who wrote the secret, do see your GP, and if other tests come back normal, chat to them or preferably ask to be referred to a dietitian about your diet.

See your GP, no question. Ask him to check your iron, B12, folate and thyroid hormone levels, especially. Being that "run down" isn't the way a normal, healthy adult should be. Best of Luck.

If you smoke, I suggest giving that up ASAP. Get yourself a pair of running shoes and do some light jogging two or three times a week. Get yourself some vitamin supplements, vitamin B, C, Omega 3, calcium and magnesium. Irish people seem to think that they are getting all this through their normal diet. Fat chance. These have to be taken seperately because the food in this country is rubbish. Maybe you are depressed? Look into it, if you're on here then you know how to "google" lol
What you have to say is important. Write it here. Thanks.
