I used to regard my red hair as something of a cultural handicap. Now however,as a much wiser woman, I love it and regard with dread, my hair darkening as I get older. It's great to see a post colonial enlightenment in our culture, which celebrates one of our native characteristics, derided for so long.But treasure us! A recent documentary revealed that red heads are only 4% of the Irish population and by the end of the century, we could be extinct! Collector's items; get you copy now! :)
