I'm lonely

I'm really lonely. I have a husband who loves me but no real friends in Dublin.

1 Thumbs up

I HAVE NO REAL FRIENDS EITHER. SO I JUST GO TO MY LOCAL AND SIT ALONE. BUT MY FAMILY IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TO ME. DO NOT TRY TO HARD FOR FRIENDS AS SOMETIMES FRIENDS ARE BAD NEWS.B

Move the heck outta Dublin! People are always nicer and want to get to know new people in smaller towns!

Thanks for the suggestion but I'm not a Mum, I did have a look and it seems very geared for parents.

I am at a couple of classes, but everyone just comes in, does their thing and leaves. No kids so don't have that excuse. I'm Irish but from the North so no family down here either. I'm generally Ok but it gets me down sometimes.

youre not the only one to feel like that trust me. there are lot women out there who feel lonely too. you should try joining a nightclass in your area or if youve young kids you could set up a mother and toddlers group. best of luck
