I've been there, you're not a bad person. Just not respecting yourself. People would say you're not respecting others (the people who needed to eat the dinner besides you) but really, it's yourself you've let down. Am I judging you? Not in the least, I'm looking in the mirror as I type this. You're me arn't you? Shake it off and move on. Every day is a new one. Good luck xx

You're not the only person who's done that. Respect yourself... (I'm saying this to the person in my bathroom mirror too) Good luck.

Best of Luck giving up. Remember that it can take a few tries, but you'll definitely get there, if you really want to. And spend the money you save on a massive holiday or something!! Good luck!

Try to get in contact with you local smoking cessation officer. It's a HSE service and it's free. You're GP should be able to give you a contact number (and hopefully not charge ya!). It's a recession, how can people afford to literally burn fifteen grand a year? Really try to think about giving up. There is no reasonable down-side to quitting smoking.
What you have to say is important. Write it here. Thanks.
i bet you where hunger after you had you smoke
