i was out drinking last night, had a huge fight with all my friends over what i do not know as i was drunk and cant remember this is not the first time this has happene but its not regular either,im confused into thinkin is this a problem or is normal to have fights now and again when drunk
need to find your limit, a magic number. and just dont drink copious amounts of spirits, you just dont know if youll wake up. i used to do dangerous stuff like that but just no when enough is enough..., willpower!

i would think that you need to take a close look at your drinking habits.... one sign of alcoholism is getting so wasted you dont remember it the next day. another is getting totally wasted everytime you go out. I've been there, done that. maybe you could sit in on a AA meeting? you don't have to talk or give your name if you dont want to. Good luck! :)

Nah, never mind the drink, that's too easy to blame. Just chat with your mates, ask them what happened, hopefully they'll be understanding and tell you what was the story. Then try make it up to them and explain that whatever you were fighting about is not neccessarily an issue.. if neccessary, lie to them.

Sure, fights often happen when someone is smashed...but that doesn't make it any more acceptable.

How many people are aware of the fact that more than 2 drinks on any one occasion is considered binge drinking for a woman, and more than 3 drinks on any one occasion is binge-drinking for a man? Think of what you are doing when you've taken so much alcohol that you've killed so many brain cells that you can't remember the night before?

CIDER IS A VITAL DRINK,AND BINGE DRINKING ALSO. THE NEXT TIME YOU GO OUT DRINKING HAVE A HEARTY MEAL FIRST. ALSO ARRIVE LATER AS YOU WILL NOT BE DRINKING AS MUCH. AND THINK BEFORE YOU DRINK.

maybe you need to know when to stop, if thats a problom then yeah you need to address your habit. how old are you? most teenagers/early 20s take a while to know their limit....
What you have to say is important. Write it here. Thanks.
