Bad Bartender

i work long hours in a bar/night club and i have a bit of a temper. sometimes to vent i give a customer the wrong order on purpose and argue with them over it convincing them im right, once i called security to kick them out.

your in the wrong job. people like to have a drink and have plesent staff on the recieving end of their hard earned money. its terrible when you have someone who works with the public (in all areas ie civil service etc) and they are not good dealing with people. go on a course on customer relations or id live to say give up but everyone needs their job... you need to address this it will turn you into an unpleasent rotton person that people dispise.
