I don't drink alot but when I do I get absolutely battered. I'm in a relationship with the most amazing guy in th world. The other night after we got home...I'm completely lost the cool. I was like someone who was posessed. I was shouting and trying to kick my boyfriend out of the house...for no reason what's so ever. We never fight, I'm never mean to him or anyone and I never raise my voice or go crazy like I did. What the F&*K is wrong with me???? I feel so down and depressed because I feel like I have left my relationship down and scared my boyfriend in the process......
Give da drink a break, im exactly in da same situation, and im off drink for a while, but i do beleave its sumthing on our mind and then when we drink we let all dat out... i was the same with my partner but deep down its because sumthing not right with da relationship and you need to talk to your partner about it, other wise when ur drunk all dat crap will cum out only it will cum out in the wrong ways...

Had an ex girlfriend exactly like that, it ruined our relationship in the end. Without drink she was fine and we were so so good together, but she changed completely once she got drunk. Stop now or learn to control it or it will get the better of you.

I think this happens to most people at one stage or another, if it's effecting you that much it might be time to stop drinking or at the very least change your drink, west coast cooler is a drink that you couldn't get drunk if you tried!. It's not risk losing your relationship over and too much drink is a depressant anyway so that's why you feel low.

I think what you need to do is cut down on your drinking or even stop alltogether.

Oh I know EXACTLY how you feel!! Usually start crying..ringing up ex boyfriends...wandering around talking to strangers and walking home at 3am on my own. Crazy stuff. Stay away from mixing the drinks, doing shots or havy drinks like whiskey or doubles. Stop when you start to get merry. Maybe there's something worrying you in the back of your mind and the drink brings this out. Thats the case for me anyway

i think maybe it's time to leave the drinking all together. I'm seriously considering it, sick of waking up and not remembering what happened the night before and how i got home.
