Women: Go back to being true women and not loutish, sarcarstic, bitter versions of yourself. Men: Time to man up and become real men, not wussies who can't speak up when they need to

I grew up abroad and came back home four years ago after college. I am utterly perplexed with fellas here! There seems to be no dating culture whatsoever! I like going to the pub but I also would appreciate I bit of variety!! (Btw, I am very fit and always very well groomed!)

People aren't supposed to understand people, its what keeps us interesting and exciting to one another, if everyone was readable and clear cut we would lose interest in a heart beat. Sometimes it really sucks that we can't read their minds but you know what sometimes wondering makes it exciting. Btw I have mostly male friends and I don't understand them at all, because they are all different

a tracker mortgage is one that follows the E.C.B (european central bank ) interest rates not the interest rates set by the banks here. This means that some times it will a lower rate you pay and sometimes a higher rate I dont think banks do them anymore because they lose money on them most of the time
